Orders & Shipping

When will I get my order?

Every Ink Drop Tees order is made just for you. Once you place your order, production begins within 48 hours. From there, standard shipping brings total delivery to up to 16 business days. Choosing express shipping at checkout speeds up the transit time, though exact delivery can vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently only ship within the United States. We're looking into international shipping for the future, so check back!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every order goes into production quickly, changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at the email below and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?

First, check with neighbors and any safe spots around your delivery address. If the package still can't be located after 2 business days, reach out to us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

What is the Faith Collection?

How are Ink Drop Tees products made?

All of our products are printed on demand — meaning each piece is made specifically for the person who orders it. We use premium printing techniques and quality blank garments to make sure every order meets our standards. No mass production. No sitting in a warehouse. Made for you, when you order.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Reach out and we'll help you find your fit.

How do I care for my garment?

To keep your print looking fresh: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues (please check the size chart before ordering). Minor print placement shifts or slight color variation on faded/washed styles are a normal part of the printing process and aren't considered defects. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We've got you. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll make it right — no hassle.
