What is the return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues (please check the size chart before ordering). Minor print placement shifts or slight color variation on faded/washed styles are a normal part of the printing process and aren't considered defects. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — just contact us at orders@inkdroptees.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — because every item is made to order just for you, all purchases are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse, so please check our size charts carefully before ordering. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — in that case we'll replace it or refund you free within 14 days of delivery.
When will I get my order?
"Every Ink Drop Tees order is made just for you. Once you place your order, production begins within 48 hours. From there, standard shipping brings total delivery to up to 16 business days. Choosing express shipping at checkout speeds up the transit time, though exact delivery can vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships."
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Ink Drop Tees design is printed to order through our print-on-demand manufacturing partner, which operates its own in-house factory with over a decade of apparel manufacturing experience. Each garment is produced only after you place your order — nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse waiting to be sold.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
